About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the re-envisioning of our Devices Detail Pages in Seattle. In this key role, you will drive the delivery of high-impact, elevated/ next-generation Detail Pages for Amazon Devices. You will apply your deep expertise in managing complex programs and launching scalable, resilient solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Technical Program Manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and deliver software applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements and overall product roadmap.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of products.
• Collaborate with multiple agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver on our roadmap.
• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
• Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact.
