About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (Datacenter) leads program planning and delivery for Ops initiatives and the Operations Data Platform, helping turn data into business insights. The role defines objectives and roadmaps, assesses complexity and risk, and collaborates with technical teams to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed. It also involves engaging Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams to drive Diags projects with Ops and owning requirements and the development of business use cases.

The role requires coordinating across multifunctional teams and organizational levels, setting expectations with partners, steering committees, team members, leadership, and Ops stakeholders, and providing regular project updates and communications. The posting also describes the purpose of the role as leading VLSI system development and design by defining functionalities, architecture, layout, and implementation for a client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with engineers and other teammates in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Python and server hardware.
• Prior experience in Product Engineering and Test Engineering.
• Mandatory skill: VLSI Board Design.
• Experience listed for the mandatory skill: 5–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Organize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup and retrospective discussions.
• Engage with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams to drive Diags projects with Ops.
• Identify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business owners.
• Own requirements and the development of business use cases.
• Set expectations with partners, the steering committee, and team members; provide project updates and communicate key decisions on project scope.
• Interact and collaborate with multifunctional teams and different organizational levels to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular communications to the leadership team and Ops stakeholders to set and manage expectations.
• Lead VLSI system development and design by defining functionality, architecture, layout, and implementation.
