•$142,800 - $304,200

About The Position

The Technical Program Manager for New Product Introductions in Microsoft’s Security portfolio will strengthen launch readiness and execution across the portfolio while advancing the NPI transformation through cross-functional partnership, scalable ways of working, and stronger TPM capabilities. The role leads efforts to improve launch visibility and Day-0 readiness for complex, high-impact Security releases, working with Security engineering, product marketing, CSS, CSU, and other MCAPS-Core partners to consolidate roadmap and launch signals, identify gaps, and translate technical complexity, launch priority, and supportability needs into appropriate NPI engagement models. The position guides the team in securing foundational technical inputs for downstream readiness, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and ensuring ownership and follow-through across organizational boundaries. It also translates an established transformation vision, mandate, and workstreams into focused execution and measurable progress. This includes improving processes, roles, tools, and engagement mechanisms; hands-on orchestration for priority and complex launches; and use of AI, automation, and reusable workflows to simplify standard work. As a manager, the TPM sets direction, mobilizes the team and partners, builds TPM capability, and sustains strong portfolio execution throughout the transformation. Candidates who live within 50 miles of Microsoft’s Redmond campus are required to work in the office three days per week.
