About The Position

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field. 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, systems engineering, or product development roles. Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery. Technical Competencies Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability engineering principles. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project). Program Leadership & Execution Own program planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and overall execution. Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams. Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks. Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach. Ensure delivery of technical capabilities that meet requirements for quality, security, and compliance. Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and external stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve technical and programmatic conflicts. Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and decision-ready briefing materials. Act as the central point of contact for all program communications. Strategic & Analytical Skills Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and drive data-informed decisions. Support long-term technical strategy, capability roadmapping, and resource planning. Demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic direction. Leadership & Collaboration Lead matrixed teams without direct authority; influence technical and business partners. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Mentor teams on program discipline, requirements quality, and execution best practices. The likely salary range for this position is $138,063 - $186,791. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
