About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex CRM initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Compliance systems in a large-scale, highly integrated SaaS environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of CRM programs, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams, and maintaining execution rigor for mission-critical workflows that directly impact revenue accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory reliability. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of program management discipline, CRM domain expertise, and technical fluency, with the ability to operate confidently in an environment that values precision, scalability, and trust in system outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Delivery Management
  • Proven experience leading CRM programs in enterprise or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Revenue, and CRM-centric workflows
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, systems, and business teams
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and hybrid delivery models
  • Strong written and verbal executive communication skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service integrations)
  • Experience supporting highly regulated or compliance-driven platforms
  • Background in revenue-impacting systems (quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing)
  • Experience managing API-heavy, integration-dense programs

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage CRM-centric programs from initiation through delivery and stabilization
  • Drive execution across multiple, parallel workstreams spanning: Sales CRM, Revenue Operations, Finance-adjacent integrations, Downstream compliance-sensitive systems
  • Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management artifacts
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface between Business stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal) and Technical teams (Engineering, Systems, Integrations)
  • Facilitate alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and success criteria
  • Ensure clear communication and escalation across stakeholders and leadership
  • Support execution of CRM initiatives involving: Salesforce Sales Cloud or equivalent CRM platforms, CPQ, billing, or order-to-cash integrations, API-driven and event-based workflows
  • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with platform standards and long-term scalability
  • Implement delivery governance: RAID management, Change control, Release readiness and cutover coordination
  • Ensure testing readiness, UAT coordination, and production release confidence
  • Track and report program health using clear, executive-ready metrics
