Technical Program Manager, Network
About The Position
Fluidstack is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Network to join their Deployments Team. This role is crucial for delivering massive amounts of compute infrastructure for AI at an unprecedented speed and scale. The Deployments Team is responsible for everything from construction handover to customer-ready compute, including racks, fabric, and validation across hundreds of megawatts per site. The team's goal is to stand up gigawatts of capacity annually, optimizing deployment processes through software and tooling to avoid linear scaling of headcount with infrastructure growth. The Technical Program Manager, Network will specifically own the network deployment program, ensuring timely turn-ups, material readiness, and effective management of cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- Program-managed network builds or turn-ups at scale.
- Track material readiness at the SKU level when it matters.
- Sufficient networking knowledge to challenge a status update.
- Ability to close dependencies across teams that do not report to you.

Responsibilities
- Run the network deployment program, including turn-up schedules, material readiness, and cross-team dependencies per site.
- Track fabric-critical materials, switches, optics, and cables from purchase order to installation, escalating shortfalls early.
- Coordinate network turn-up with construction, deployment, and compute schedules to ensure the fabric is never the bottleneck.
- Report network deployment status with precise, link-level data, avoiding vague optimism.
