About The Position

As a Technical Program Manager Lead, you will drive the strategic execution of our next-generation agentic ecosystem. You will orchestrate complex, multi-organizational workstreams, leveraging deep technical judgment in agent frameworks, evaluations, and emerging AI standards to deliver enterprise-grade AI. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
Experience working with Cloud infrastructure, API design, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.

Nice To Haves

10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with generative AI, including Agent Assist, evaluations, and AI agent frameworks.
Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting technical program status to leadership.
Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority to drive technical strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support.
Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols (Skills, MCP, A2A), and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise.
Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and first-party/third-party (1P/3P) product entry points.
Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations.
Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures.
