AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. As a Technical Program Manager for Configuration Management, you will play a central governance role bridging Revit-based design workflows and PLM-driven BOM management. You will bring hands-on Revit knowledge to help ensure that component data modeled during the design phase translates accurately and consistently into structured BOMs within the PLM environment. Your understanding of how Revit families, parameters, and model hierarchies map to product lifecycle data will be critical in closing the gap between what engineers design and what the supply chain executes. You will develop and refine BOMs, establish standards for product data integrity across both platforms, and drive continuous improvement in the systems and processes that support one of the world's leading cloud computing providers. You will govern the seamless, rapid, and global implementation of components, BOMs, documents, and related product data, while championing best practices in change management and PLM governance. This role sits at the intersection of design and data. You will work across engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure that Revit model outputs meet PLM data standards, that change management workflows span both tools without information loss, and that BOM quality is maintained from early design through procurement and delivery. We are looking for someone who is responsive, adaptable, and energized by collaboration. You bring a data-driven mindset, firsthand experience working within Revit in a design or engineering capacity, a drive to improve processes that others have accepted as good enough, and a genuine appetite for diagnosing systemic issues and building lasting solutions.
