About The Position

Join a forward-thinking team as a Technical Program Manager (TPM - Fullstack) and play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide technology initiatives from strategy to execution. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong technical background.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers and understand architectural and development tradeoffs.
• Experience shaping technical strategy in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Background delivering greenfield solutions integrated with platforms such as ServiceNow or Workday.
• Broad domain expertise across Legal, Finance, Commercial, HR, Marketing, and Sales applications.
• Success leading programs that integrate multiple enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and introducing best practices.
• Exceptional executive communication, reporting, and insight-building skills.
• AI & Automation Mindset: Hands-on experience embedding AI into solutions and articulating its business value; adaptable to environments where AI shapes development practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving enterprise transformation toward modern, full stack application development.
• Exposure to Azure-first environments and enterprise data platforms like Snowflake and Power BI.
• Background supporting large-scale platform integrations and evolutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define and implement technical strategy for enterprise platforms and modernization initiatives.
• Lead the transition to home grown, greenfield full stack solutions across Legal, Finance, Commercial, HR, Marketing, and Sales applications.
• Champion platform modernization, integration projects, and acquisition-driven enhancements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable, enterprise-ready roadmaps and solutions.
• Design and deliver full stack solutions that integrate seamlessly with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday.
• Align cross-functional teams operating in both legacy and modern application environments.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership.
• Build and maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications for transparency and decision-making.
