Requirements

10+ years of experience in a managerial role.
Demonstrated ability to perform all managerial functions for program including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management.
Experience leading complex IT projects with 15+ employees.
Experience with Agile Program Management.
Experience with client communication and management.
Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

Network Infrastructure and Software Development experience.
CISSP, Network+, PMP certifications.
IC Customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals supporting Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for on-premise network and related services.
Simultaneously build a new software stack.
Perform all managerial functions for the program, including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management.
Lead complex IT projects with 15+ employees.
Utilize Agile Program Management methodologies.
Engage in client communication and management.
