About The Position

The primary focus is to help organizations design, develop, and optimize their data infrastructure and systems. They help organizations enhance data processes, and leverage data effectively to drive business outcomes. For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $103330 to $128656 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

8 years of Technology Delivery Program Management Technical Project Leadership experience
5 years delivering cloud based Data Analytics solutions
Hands on Google Cloud Platform GCP experience
Proven experience leading end to end delivery of largescale data platform initiatives
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion transformation storage analytics and reporting
Experience coordinating cross functional teams including Engineering Architecture Security Infrastructure Data Governance and Business stakeholders
Strong Understanding Of Agile methodologies Software Development Lifecycle SDLC DevOps practices Data Ops practices
Proven Ability To Manage Project plans roadmaps milestones and release schedules
Budget scope resource utilization and delivery metrics
Risks issues blockers and dependency management
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog management and release management
Ability to lead technical discussions with architects engineers and business stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management communication presentation and executive reporting skills
Experience delivering enterprise data platforms
Experience with Data Lake architectures
Experience with Data Mesh architectures
Knowledge of modern Data Engineering frameworks and architectural patterns
Experience implementing enterprise data capabilities including Data movement and integration solutions Analytics platforms Reporting and BI solutions
Understanding Of Enterprise architecture standards Security and compliance requirements Data governance frameworks
Experience with change management and project governance processes
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across Agile DevOps and Data Ops teams
Experience working in regulated or compliance driven environments
Experience establishing Data Ops best practices and delivery frameworks
Experience defining and implementing delivery KPIs and executive dashboards
Exposure to enterprise scale cloud modernization or data transformation programs
Experience improving operational efficiency through automation and engineering best practices
Background in highly governed enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems
