At Peregrine Advisors, you will own the integrated delivery of three production data products across Peregrine and its delivery partners for a federal agency. But we hire people, not seats. As the work evolves, you will learn new systems and tools, take on greater responsibility, and help develop the firm's capabilities, tools, and lines of business. Requirements

• 8+ years leading technical delivery, including at least three enterprise data, analytics, cloud, or artificial intelligence (AI) programs
• Working knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics, testing, and model delivery.
• Experience managing federal customers, subcontractors, deliverables, acceptance, risk, reporting, and security-dependent onboarding
• Practical agile leadership, including backlog management, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives, and corrective action
• Strong written and verbal communication. You must explain technical issues to executives and turn customer comments into controlled work
• United States citizenship, no dual citizenship where prohibited by the contract, and the ability to satisfy the required suitability, security, and access requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience on a federal system accredited at Impact Level 5 (IL-5) or higher
• Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow, or federal financial and audit data experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, product management, or a comparable delivery credential supported by real project results
• Experience with firm fixed price delivery and acceptance-based invoicing

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery of three production data products across Peregrine and its delivery partners for a federal agency.
• Turn a fixed schedule and a complex technical scope into clear decisions, accepted deliverables, and a stable team.
• Deliver one integrated plan, backlog, calendar, risk register, decision log, and definition of done.
• Deliver all monthly milestones and formal deliverables with acceptance evidence prepared before submission.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined agile cadence that connects daily work, biweekly demonstrations, weekly management, and monthly government reporting.
• Ensure fast resolution of access, data, architecture, partner, staffing, and acceptance dependencies.
• Produce clear writing for status reports, risks, decisions, and escalations that are concise enough to act on immediately.
• Provide visible performance management across all personnel, including partner resources and replacements.
• Experiment, fail, learn, and repeat quickly.
• Own an outcome rather than being handed a task.
• Surface bad news before it becomes expensive.
• Hold senior specialists accountable.
• Work at an executive altitude in one meeting and inspect a test plan or backlog in the next.
• Protect the customer relationship without hiding delivery facts from Peregrine leadership.
• Be persistent with access and dependency follow-up.
