About The Position

The Technical Program Manager 3 will be a key contributor to the Electrofill Product Group, within the Engineering Operations Team, supporting Sabre 3D and Sabre products. The Engineering Operations Team reports within the WETS PG Engineering Department, closely aligned with PG Engineering goals and objectives, and works hand in hand with the Electrofill Product Management Team. This role operates in a dynamic environment, is deeply engaged in numerous PG deliverables, and is central to the PG’s success. The team is interactive, offers independent areas of ownership, and fosters a collaborative small team environment that highly values and encourages creative thinking, flexibility, and continual improvement. In this role, you will directly contribute to highly impactful PG programs and projects, solve real-world problems in a fast-paced environment, and provide solutions to internal and external groups. The work will have immediate and rewarding results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.
  • Strong project organizational skills and know how to drive deliverables to completion.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity and experience with the Sabre 3D product and POA.
  • Understanding of tool configurations and options, and their inter-dependencies.
  • Familiarity with SAP, TC-PLM, CQ, iPLM.
  • Flexibility to operate in several different areas of ownership, and being a self-driver.
  • Knowledge of the Product history, or being able to determine it accurately, as well as configuration dependencies.
  • Familiarity with engineering modeling software such as Creo.

Responsibilities

  • Manage End of Life (EOL) for products.
  • Potentially own or influence other areas such as Beta programs, POA management, and quality.
  • Be influential in key PG decisions with a high level of responsibility for product shipping on time and with quality.
  • Oversee the optimization or creation of processes and/or programs.
  • Develop project plans, align teams, manage risk, and drive projects through release.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure program schedules, performance metrics, and delivery meets business requirements on time and within budget.
  • Perform data collection and analysis, and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process and inspire alignment.
  • Successfully navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external groups including Product Management, PG Engineering Management, PG Engineers, LIGHT, KATs, customer teams, Operations, Configuration Engineering, and Field Engineers.
  • Have extensive interaction with onshore and offshore PG Engineers.
