Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Management Intern located in our Austin, TX site. Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the student will work on challenging projects in support of real-time business issues, to develop skills and experiences.

Requirements

• Senior student pursuing Industrial Engineering degree (undergrad)
• Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
• Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
• Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA

• Previous internship experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and presentations
• Coordinates and maintains schedule, events, appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
• Composes and may initiate routine or non-routine correspondence
• Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
• Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
• May provide customer inquiries support
• May make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company with customers, vendors, visitors & other stakeholders
• Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
