About The Position

Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. The Role: In this role you will support Operations Program Managers (OPM) across multiple projects/products by overseeing production planning and execution activities, tracking on-time delivery data, supporting root cause and corrective action analysis, contributing to First Article Inspection plans, and participating in continuous improvement projects. Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, entering College Junior or Senior year in Business, Math, Science, Technology, Engineering
• Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and able to work independently
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent team player who is willing to contribute and learn

Responsibilities

• Develop and support affordability plans to help drive cost reduction activities.
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) priorities as defined by OPMs across various programs.
• Support root cause and corrective action analysis to resolve manufacturing and supply chain issues.
• Track on-time delivery data and reasons to help improve metrics and manage look-ahead reviews.
• Support the manufacturing transition to production and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
