Technical Program Management I, Marketing Technology Solutions
About The Position
The Marketing Technology Solutions program within Mastercard is building cutting-edge, intuitive, intent-driven marketing products to empower our customers, generate high-value leads and fuel the Mastercard brand. We’re looking for a Technical Program Management Analyst to support our engineering scrum teams and program management team. This role focuses on enabling delivery, maintaining program processes, and supporting coordination across product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational program management skills, with exposure to large-scale, cross-functional technology programs. This role reports to the Director of Project Management and partners closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to build foundational program management skills; bonus if you are interested in marketing technology and digital experiences!
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple priorities and keep work moving forward
- Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to manage work independently while also partnering closely with others for guidance and alignment
- Exposure to Agile ways of working or interest in learning Agile delivery practices
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with core tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools like Confluence or Jira) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of technology programs by helping coordinate work across product, engineering, and business teams
- Assist in maintaining program structure, including visibility into timelines, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery health
- Partner within the Technical Program Managers team to ensure alignment across teams, processes, and systems, helping close gaps that could impact execution
- Contribute to consistent program operations by supporting governance, intake, and release processes, and ensuring teams are following established standards
- Operate within an Agile environment, supporting team execution and helping drive alignment around priorities and delivery expectations
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders and help ensure information flows effectively across the program
- Support opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen how teams work together
