About The Position
Seeking a seasoned Technical Program Leader and Solution Architect with deep expertise in IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This role will lead enterprise asset management transformations, architect complex Maximo solutions, and drive large‑scale digital modernization programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years IBM Maximo experience
- 5+ years in solution architecture leadership
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale Maximo implementations and upgrades
- PMP and PMI‑ACP certifications
- Experience managing $5M+ programs with multiple workstreams
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IBM Maximo/MAS solutions.
- Define enterprise asset management strategies and solution blueprints.
- Oversee integrations with ERP, GIS, HR, financial, IoT, and cloud systems.
- Manage data migration, governance, and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and consultants.
- Drive program governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, performance, and security across solutions.
