About The Position

Support the execution of a critical cyber product program by leading cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and business teams. In this role, you will drive program execution, track performance metrics, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across multiple software and hardware product teams. Work closely with Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and engineering leads to translate priorities into actionable plans, support procurement and vendor coordination, and maintain visibility into program health. Leverage strong operational discipline, expertise working within Booz Allen systems and processes, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting direct and indirect purchasing, including coordination with vendors, procurement processes, and internal financial tracking
  • Experience defining and tracking program metrics and KPIs, including schedule, performance, and delivery health across multiple workstreams
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including coordinating across multiple teams in a SAFe or scaled Agile framework
  • Experience working cross-functionally across software and hardware engineering teams, managing dependencies and aligning priorities across multiple product lines or systems
  • Experience using Atlassian tools, including Jira or Confluence, to manage backlogs, track execution, and maintain program documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate program status to stakeholders, and drive execution across distributed teams
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product operations within Booz Allen Hamilton, or 9+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product operations within Booz Allen Hamilton in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity or AI/ML programs, including in DoD or Intelligence Community environments
  • Experience supporting program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and burn rate tracking
  • Experience contributing to capture, proposals, or transition-to-execution activities
  • Experience establishing or improving program governance, reporting structures, and operational processes
  • Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve cross-team blockers
  • Top Secret clearance
  • SAFe certification such as SAFe Agilist or SAFe Program Consultant, or other Agile certifications
