About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Production Support Engineer supporting a mission-critical, client-facing wealth management application. This hybrid position (three days onsite) offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology stacks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in application stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, working closely with development and business teams to deliver excellence for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience in production support or development for enterprise-level, mission-critical applications
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve code-level issues
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Demonstrated root cause analysis and technical problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of application architecture

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
• Background in financial services or banking environments
• Exposure to JavaScript, UI, or front-end technologies
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Service Delivery roles

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support for high-availability financial applications built with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Diagnose and resolve code-level issues through log analysis, technical investigation, and monitoring
• Manage and track 30-50 support tickets weekly, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
• Lead efforts to enhance production stability and proactively prevent incidents
• Coordinate with application development, project, and client servicing teams to prioritize bug fixes and releases
• Ensure compliance with audit, change control, and data security standards
• Collaborate with both onsite and offshore teams to drive support effectiveness and process improvements
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend support (approximately one week every three weeks)
