This job is responsible for overseeing the engineering and operational health of video infrastructure used for live events, broadcasts, and media workflows across internal and off-site environments. Key responsibilities include supporting post-production environments and partnering with internal technical teams to ensure enterprise infrastructure is configured and supported for system reliability. Job expectations include expert-level technical planning, real-time response, and continuous alignment to event production and broadcast standards & requirements. This role supports the corporate communications team by providing technical expertise in audio, video, and encoding operations, ensuring smooth execution of live and recorded productions. In addition to managing broadcast systems, the position includes administrative support for scheduling and documentation, as well as on-site and offsite coordination of temporary AV build-outs for Bank of America events in partnership with approved AV vendors.
