The Product Strategy Lead is part of the Chief Customer Officer team, the cross-functional engine shaping how Salesforce wins in the agentic era. The team sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, pricing and packaging, field readiness, executive narrative, and go-to-market execution. We work directly with senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to frame the company’s most important strategic questions and drive them to decision. You will lead end-to-end strategy workstreams across topics such as agentic product strategy, Headless 360 / Agentforce go-to-market, customer validation, monetization, consumption pricing, competitive positioning, and field activation. The role requires someone who can move fluidly from hypothesis-driven analysis to customer conversations, from detailed synthesis to board-level narrative, and from executive debate to practical cross-functional execution.
