About The Position

Trissential is partnering with a leading enterprise client to bring on a Technical Product Owner – Customer Technical Products who will drive end‑to‑end ownership of customer‑facing data products and integration services. This is a high‑impact, portfolio‑level role where you’ll work across Customer, Meter, Billing, and Payment data domains—shaping roadmaps, aligning vendors, managing financials, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple technical teams. This role combines product strategy with hands-on delivery leadership and execution accountability, offering enterprise visibility and modern technology exposure.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project/Program Management, or IT Delivery Leadership
  • Strong experience managing full project lifecycles, including risks, dependencies, and timelines
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery outcomes
  • Experience managing financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to balance product ownership responsibilities with hands-on delivery leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience in data-heavy or integration-focused environments
  • Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, and backend systems
  • Experience working in multi-vendor or matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Utility industry experience (Meter-to-Cash)
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow for financial tracking or governance
  • Agile, SAFe, or Product Management certifications

Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete delivery process throughout each iteration of the product lifecycle
  • Own and manage product backlogs across multiple customer technical product domains
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and prioritized backlog items
  • Lead scope, schedule, risk, and dependency management across multiple initiatives
  • Act as a proactive facilitator, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple product and engineering teams to ensure consistency and performance
  • Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking CapEx/OpEx spend
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and accountability
  • Guide delivery of data products and integration services, including APIs and pipelines
  • Provide governance reporting and executive-level delivery visibility
