About The Position

As a Technical Product Owner for the My Business Reports (MBR), Visibility and OSBO team, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering AI-led product strategy. Your primary focus will be to define the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, with a strong emphasis on integrating Automation and AI to enhance data insights, streamline operations, and drive significant business value. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that MBR evolves as an innovative, AI-powered data insights product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership, with a focus on data analytics, AI, or automation environments.
  • Experience leading Agile product development, including backlogs, sprint planning, and proficiency with lifecycle tools like Jira.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into detailed product specifications, data flow concepts, and user stories.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to lead cross-functional strategy and mentor teams, using empathetic leadership to align partners on product value.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps for enterprise GenAI, Agentic AI modules, or cloud-native AI frameworks (such as Snowflake Cortex AI, LangChain, or LangGraph).
  • Familiarity with architecting or managing large-scale data ecosystem migrations, particularly moving legacy data warehouses to modern cloud platforms like Snowflake.
  • Strong analytical approach with experience building or using executive-level dashboards (e.g., MBR/QBR metrics) to track product adoption, business value, and operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to successfully navigate organizational ambiguity and reprioritize features within planned scopes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the AI-driven product vision and strategy, using AI and automation for advanced analytics, and translating business requirements into actionable, AI-focused solutions.
  • Lead MBR deliverables and collaborate with engineering to integrate AI and automation, optimize platform performance, and define operational requirements for timely, high-quality results.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business partners, product management, and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and progress.
  • Drive the integration and adoption of new AI and automation technologies in the MBR platform, providing product-focused input on architectural decisions to support the long-term AI strategy and vision.
  • Ensure product requirements and features meet security standards and global data regulations, quality assurance for secure, reliable, and ethical AI-powered MBR solutions.
  • Lead product development within an Agile framework, using Jira and other tools to track progress and manage issues, while continuously optimizing processes for greater efficiency and delivery velocity.
