Technical Product Manager (Test Platforms & Data Analytics)
About The Position
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise testing platforms, CI/CD data ecosystems, and business intelligence analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and product management, focusing on delivering scalable platforms that improve software delivery, observability, and decision-making across technology teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of product management, platform engineering awareness, and data analytics experience , with the ability to translate complex technical systems into actionable product strategies and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management within engineering or platform teams
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software testing platforms, and DevOps workflows
- Experience working with test automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Familiarity with business intelligence and observability platforms including Power BI, Grafana, or ELK stack
- Experience working with data platforms or enterprise data warehouses
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into scalable product solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working with CI/CD data ecosystems and platform observability tooling
- Familiarity with test framework architecture and quality engineering platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise analytics and data visualization initiatives
- Background in platform product management or developer productivity tools

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise testing platforms, CI/CD data systems, and analytics tools
- Partner with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to enhance test automation platforms and CI/CD observability capabilities
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear product features, user stories, and platform capabilities
- Lead initiatives related to test automation platforms including tools such as Selenium, JMeter, SonarQube, and related frameworks
- Oversee product capabilities across CI/CD pipelines and supporting data ecosystems
- Manage the evolution of BI and observability platforms including tools such as Grafana, Power BI, and ELK stack solutions
- Ensure effective integration and use of enterprise data warehouse platforms supporting analytics and reporting needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data ingestion, modeling, and analytics strategies
- Monitor product performance using platform metrics, analytics dashboards, and operational data insights
- Champion Agile practices and support continuous improvement across engineering and product teams
