About The Position

This role is for a Technical Product Manager to partner with Cyber Security Operations teams. It is part of the Cyber Product, Platforms and Engineering team within the Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization. This position offers an opportunity to join an evolving team driving the digital transformation of Security Operations into a product-led, data-driven, customer-visible service model. The role supports the delivery of applications, platforms, and Data & AI workstreams for end users and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstratable experience working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment.
  • Comfortable articulating tangible outcomes and value of products/solutions owned and delivered.
  • Technical depth in software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Ability to follow detailed technical discussions and understand implications and limitations.
  • Thoughtful, consistent communicator, comfortable representing delivery status, tradeoffs, and prioritization decisions to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
  • Awareness of Industry trends and threats such as AI, third-party risk management, and emerging risks.
  • Innate curiosity about new technology and tools, with knowledge of the vendor landscape, emerging products, and solutions, understanding how they can add value to Cyber Operations teams.
  • Be a good human, practitioner and partner who is comfortable with ambiguity and change, and who will respectfully challenge the status quo.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related technical discipline / Cyber related qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST) required.
  • Expertise in Confluence, Jira & MS Office Suite.
  • Tool Stack Acumen: Deep familiarity with SIEM, EDR, Data Engineering principles and practices.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of Cyber Operations experience preferred.
  • Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISM/CISSP)
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL and Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Cyber Operations Teams to design and deliver solutions for end users and stakeholders from Cyber Defense Centre, Threat Hunt and Threat Intelligence teams.
  • Build trust and bring divergent perspectives together to reach workable outcomes.
  • Shape definition of the problem statement, value, risk, and sequencing.
  • Make and clearly communicate tradeoff decisions that are threat informed, data driven, and tied to prioritized business outcomes.
  • Focus on risk reduction, customer value, regulatory impact, and feasibility.
  • Commit and own roadmaps, dependency maps, and decision logs, ensuring they are visible by product, quarter, owner, dependencies, and status.
  • Build solutions by owning backlog grooming, sprint priorities and release readiness.
  • Ensure execution status is visible by milestones, blockers and decisions needed, adapting quickly as priorities and requirements evolve.
  • Measure with outcome orientated scorecards and roadmap refreshes with success based on benefits realized: adoption, coverage, MTTR, control efficacy, reduced friction.
