About The Position

The Technical Product Manager supports the maintenance and operation of CFM56 engine assets, with a primary focus on managing engines through the repair cycle. This hands‑on, asset‑focused role connects shop visit execution, maintenance planning, and lease return requirements to drive consistent technical and operational outcomes. The position is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in jet engine maintenance and a strong desire to grow within a technical product and asset management role. The role is office‑based, 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in an aviation engineering or technical role
  • Experience working with technical documentation, including manuals, workscopes, and specifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and ability to learn new tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel to external MROs as needed
  • Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary to communicate with other company locations, partners and clients located outside Quebec, and to read, interpret, and produce documentation, correspondence, and reports in English as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CFM engine maintenance experience at an airline, MRO, lessor, or OEM (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support engine management throughout the repair and shop visit lifecycle
  • Validate maintenance planning assumptions, shop visit triggers, and initial workscopes
  • Assist with work instructions, configuration control, and deviation approvals
  • Ensure alignment between asset plans and shop‑floor execution at MROs
  • Monitor engine progress across the MRO network to support accurate planning
  • Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams on technical matters
  • Maintain strict quality and performance KPIs for modules and materials
  • Provide on‑wing troubleshooting support to assist lessees and keep engines operational
  • Respond promptly to technical inquiries from customers, shops, and management
