About The Position

This role partners closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to define, deliver, and optimize technology enabled products. The Technical Product Manager owns feature delivery from concept through post deployment, ensuring alignment between business priorities, user needs, and technical architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Lead, or similar role
  • Demonstrated success delivering products across the full lifecycle from ideation through post launch
  • Experience leading vendors AND internal teams
  • Comfort operating with limited upfront clarity
  • Strong executive communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product and project lifecycle from initiation through feature delivery, including requirements, specifications, solution design, development, testing, deployment, post deployment support, and project closure
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, CX, Analytics, Quality, Security and Governance, Operations, and engineering stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical requirements
  • Translate feature and business requirements into detailed functional specifications and design documentation
  • Partner with product management, engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization
  • Work closely with Managed Service teams including project management, technical delivery, and testing teams to deliver initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage overall project planning, tracking, change control, risk mitigation, and reporting
  • Provide daily direction to delivery teams and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Deliver regular project status updates to leadership and key partners
  • Champion the customer experience by ensuring products are intuitive, easy to use, and deliver meaningful value
  • Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and market trends
