About The Position
We are building the best modern insurance products in the world. Sola is standing up its second product pod to go after what's next. This role will lead Sola's second product pod end to end, from problem discovery to shipped product. We are looking for someone who opens Cursor, vibe codes a prototype, and iterates until it's right. The frontier of product management is changing fast, and we want someone a step ahead of it.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on shipped software products
- Genuine design taste and a history of working closely with designers
- Can vibe code, and iterate on your own prototypes without waiting on an engineer
- Understand basic engineering to plan well, scope honestly
- Systems-minded, building processes that work and killing ones that don't
- Have used tools like Posthog or Mixpanel

Responsibilities
- Lead Sola's second product pod end to end, from problem discovery to shipped product
- Prototype rapidly with AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, or similar) to validate ideas (Mostly not production)
- Keep your team focused and on track with tools like clickup
- Use research, data, and direct conversations with agents, homeowners, and our own sales team to drive decisions
