About The Position
Amazon Systems Configurations: Configure and maintain merchant account setups Manage ASIN setup and product catalog Create and localize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various geographic markets Project Management: Create, audit and maintain Jira tickets for the IFT team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion Create and maintain standard operating procedures for Kuiper operational support teams Develop and maintain internal IFT team supporting documentation such as RACI, risk reports, etc. Help source data and other Amazon resources to accelerate contract negotiation for carrier contracts for return shipping negotiate carrier contracts for return shipping Quality Assurance/UAT: Develop and maintain test cases for platform functionality Execute functional and user acceptance testing Document and compile test evidence for stakeholder review
