Reporting to the Vice-President, Product & Interoperability, this role interfaces with complex provincial engagements, focusing on a major Ontario-based program and related provincial assets. It sits at the intersection of product, client-facing delivery, and systems integration. The Technical Product Manager will help clarify business needs in complex client environments, influence planning and roadmaps, and collaborate with UX and engineering to deliver robust features and integration capabilities. This individual will be the primary OceanMD product leader for program-related workstreams, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders for planning, testing, launching, and stabilizing features and integrations that meet clinical, operational, and data-governance needs. This is a new, full-time, hybrid role in Toronto requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, with occasional travel within Canada.
