About The Position

A fast-growing IT services and enterprise solutions organization is seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Technical Product Manager / Solutions Engineer to support the U.S. expansion of enterprise solutions, including PerfecTwin (SAP testing automation) and Optapex (AI-based marketing optimization) . This role will serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. business team and HQ product teams in Korea , while also supporting pre-sales activities and SMB-focused initiatives within the Korean business community in the U.S. This is a high-impact role within a rapidly growing business unit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, enterprise software, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP; SAP preferred)
  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (business level required)
  • Experience in technical pre-sales or product management
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
  • Experience working with HQ teams in Korea or global environments
  • Experience supporting SMB customers
  • Experience with AI, analytics, or digital marketing tools (Optapex-related)

Responsibilities

  • Product & HQ Coordination (Core Function)
  • Act as the primary bridge between U.S. teams and HQ product/engineering teams
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications
  • Escalate product enhancement requests and track progress
  • Participate in product sync meetings with HQ
  • Support product roadmap alignment for the U.S. market
  • Pre-Sales & Technical Support
  • Deliver technical demos and solution walkthroughs (PerfecTwin / Optapex)
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with technical documentation
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers
  • Coordinate Tier-2 escalations with HQ teams
  • Assist with Proof of Concept (PoC) and trial implementations
  • SMB & Korean Business Sales Support
  • Support outreach to Korean SMBs in the U.S. market
  • Participate in client meetings with Korean-speaking customers
  • Assist with solution positioning and ROI communication
  • Support proposal development and contract clarification
  • Help develop localized (Korean) marketing materials
