Technical Product Manager - Robotics

Nebius
$147,000 - $183,000Hybrid

About The Position

Nebius is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Physical AI to lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for their initial Physical AI cloud products. This role involves customer discovery, defining requirements, developing roadmaps, prioritization, launch, and cross-functional execution. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Field CTO, focusing on the Physical AI stack (simulation, synthetic data, robot learning, sim-to-real) and engaging with customers in robotics, AV, and industrial automation sectors.

Requirements

  • Senior PM craft: ability to manage a product area end-to-end, write PRDs, build and defend roadmaps, run prioritization meetings, ship to deadlines, and unblock cross-functional teams without escalation.
  • Deep technical fluency in the Physical AI stack, including simulation tools (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, Unreal/Unity), synthetic data generation and domain randomization, RL and imitation learning for robot policies, sim-to-real transfer, sensor simulation (LiDAR, camera, IMU), annotation pipelines, and large-scale dataset management.
  • Working knowledge of GPU-accelerated training and simulation workloads, including multi-node distributed training, MLOps, and experiment tracking applied to robot learning.
  • Strong customer instinct to conduct discovery calls and derive accurate requirements.
  • Ability to read the market and identify strategic playing areas.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with end-to-end ownership at a cloud provider, AI infrastructure company, GPU computing platform, or Physical AI/robotics company.
  • Track record of shipping technical products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to bring market evidence back to leadership to shape strategy.
  • Strong written communication skills for strategy memos, PRDs, customer notes, and executive updates.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Isaac Sim, Omniverse, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or synthetic-data tools (Replicator, Parallel Domain, Datagen).
  • Experience within the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem (Cosmos, Isaac, Omniverse).
  • Prior cloud/GPU platform experience.
  • Background in robotics engineering, controls, or perception.
  • Track record of building partnerships with hardware or software ecosystem players.
  • Published work, talks, or visible contributions in Physical AI, robotics, or simulation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (US, Europe, APAC) for customer, partner, and event support.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Physical AI roadmap.
  • Translate Physical AI workflows (simulation, synthetic data, robot learning, digital twins, sim-to-real) into requirements for platform and infrastructure teams.
  • Conduct customer discovery and prototype validation with technical leaders in robotics, AV, industrial automation, and research labs.
  • Maintain the Physical AI customer-insight base and feed it into roadmap and strategy refreshes with the Field CTO.
  • Co-shape the Physical AI strategy, including market segmentation and prioritization.
  • Develop technical collateral, reference architectures, and demos for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and the Field CTO.
  • Represent Nebius at Physical AI/robotics industry events.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, Applied AI/SE, marketing, sales, and BD.
  • Coordinate with adjacent product teams (Serverless, MLOps, Marketplace) to ensure Physical AI requirements are incorporated into their roadmaps.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and work-life balance
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams
