Technical Product Manager, Platform Strategy & Execution

Cascade EnergyPortland, OR
$127,000 - $190,700Onsite

About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Platform Strategy & Execution to drive the transformation of Gazebo into a scalable, extensible platform. Gazebo is an energy management and decarbonization platform that powers utility-sponsored energy management programs and corporate energy and emissions management at scale. As the platform layer matures, it becomes the foundation that utilities, implementers, and enterprise customers build on, connecting data to decisions and systems to outcomes across a growing ecosystem. As Technical Product Manager, Platform Strategy & Execution, you’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and platform execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving fluidly between defining product direction, shaping workflows and platform capabilities, rapidly prototyping concepts, and partnering closely with engineering to bring scalable solutions to life. We’re looking for a product leader who combines strong product instincts with technical fluency and a builder mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across ambiguity, validating ideas quickly, collaborating deeply with engineers and designers, and helping translate platform vision into real, usable systems. As AI and modern development tooling continue to compress traditional boundaries between product definition and implementation, this role is intentionally designed for someone who enjoys operating close to both strategy and execution. At Cascade Energy, we’re actively shaping how AI gets deployed in the real world, in our tools, our client engagements, and our daily work. Our approach has always been relationship-driven and expertise-led, and AI is how we multiply the impact of both. Successful Cascadians are curious and resilient. They embrace change, seek smarter ways to create impact, and take ownership of their own growth. We embed AI into our work in ways that are responsible and human-centered, and we actively develop our people to deploy it creatively and confidently. We believe the future belongs to organizations that pair emerging technology with genuine human expertise. That future is being built here. . . .come be a part of it!
