About The Position

As a Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that deliver value to our clients and their customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience
3+ years leading enterprise-scale digital products serving external customers
5+ years working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems
Experience working with cloud-native architectures and modern application platforms
Ability to read technical designs, architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and system integrations.
Experience supporting web and mobile product ecosystems
3+ years delivering AI, ML, OCR, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and monitoring
Familiarity with AI performance metrics including accuracy, precision, latency, confidence scores, and drift monitoring
Experience defining AI product requirements, success metrics, evaluation criteria, and operational controls

Nice To Haves

Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.

Responsibilities

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.
Own product roadmaps, objectives, KPIs, and business outcomes.
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Product Directors and business stakeholders to shape the vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for identifying and prioritizing new opportunities to expand the capability across the Mobile App and Web member experiences.
Own Product Performance and Outcomes – Establish and monitor KPIs including adoption, completion rates, accuracy, member effort reduction, and satisfaction.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution – Partner closely with Engineering, AI Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and Line of Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality AI-powered member experiences.
