About The Position

This role is pivotal in delivering value-based care insights directly into electronic health record (EHR) workflows at the point of care. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and business owners to define project goals, scope solutions, and measure impact. This position requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring products scale effectively while addressing complex healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare technology, EHR systems, and data-driven product development. You will play a key role in shaping solutions that enhance provider decision-making and optimize patient care. Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
  • Direct experience in healthcare technology, including EHR systems and point-of-care tools.
  • Proven ability to use data and research to inform solution design and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product development processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical datasets, clinical workflows, and quality measurement.
  • SQL experience, preferably PostgreSQL, and understanding of alternative payment models in primary care.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to create a shared vision for EHR-integrated products and point-of-care solutions.
  • Optimize live user workflows and product capabilities through continuous monitoring of key metrics, user feedback, and iteration.
  • Translate complex healthcare and business requirements into detailed product specifications, including measurable success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps that maximize value while mitigating risk.
  • Support solution design using data analysis, primary research, and internal business insights.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.
  • Drive the evolution of healthcare technology solutions aligned with value-based care initiatives.
