About The Position

Our mission is to leverage creative technology in the oil and gas industry to eliminate emissions, increase production, and move us toward a more sustainable future. We enable that mission by designing, building, and evolving the technical platforms that stream, process, structure, and report on data across our vertically integrated products. Our Technical teams work across systems, platforms, and data to ensure our technology scales, performs, and delivers measurable outcomes for the business and the environment. Are you energized by solving complex technical problems through collaboration and thoughtful design? Do you enjoy working at the intersection of product intent and technical execution? Are you curious about how systems fit together, how data flows through platforms, and how technical decisions shape user experience and reporting outcomes? Do you thrive in environments where learning, iteration, and continuous improvement are expected? Are you excited to contribute to a mission-driven organization where technology is a core driver of impact? Join the technical team at FlowCo and help shape the platforms that power our products. This role is for a Technical Product Manager who is motivated by understanding systems, translating product needs into technical solutions, and partnering with cross-functional technical teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with Software, Data, and Design partners to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure solutions align with product standards, user experience expectations, and reporting needs. The Technical organization at FlowCo is a growing, product-focused group responsible for the platforms and systems that enable our business. Our teams span software, data, quality, and analytics disciplines, working together to deliver reliable, scalable, and impactful solutions. If you’re looking to begin your career in a role that blends product thinking with technical problem-solving — and want to contribute to technology that makes a real-world environmental impact — FlowCo is the place for you
