About The Position

As a member of the Paramount+ Content Systems Product team, you will help shape the automation strategy for our tools and systems. These are the systems that power our global streaming experiences. Your mission is to learn the manual, hands-on challenges of our partner teams and then build the right solutions to solve the right problems at the right time. You will play a key role in keeping Paramount+ running efficiently as we grow to millions of new subscribers around the world. This team cares about solving problems and improving workflows for the people we work with each day. Together, we build forward-looking tools that scale right along with our business.

Requirements

2-4 years in software product management, with a focus on prioritizing business value and weighing trade-offs.
Ability to map and visualize complex, interconnected systems end-to-end to identify automation opportunities across workflows.
Proven passion for building workflow tools that are a "joy to use" for internal teams.
Deep comfort with complex technical workflow systems.
A strong interest in the streaming media world and the content supply chain.
Ability to build caring, trusting relationships across teams to ensure smooth product work in a complex environment.
Extensive hands-on Agile experience.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Engineering experience or a background in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

Partner with Video and Content Operations to identify gaps in our content supply chain and translate those needs into a clear automation plan.
Map the end-to-end connections of our content systems, including data flows, handoffs, and dependencies, to identify automation opportunities.
Guide the product development of our Content Systems, focusing on rights, title, and media asset management, with a primary goal of automating manual, high-touch workflows.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance the effectiveness of operations teams, such as automated metadata extraction, AI-assisted QC, and auto-creation of localized assets.
Clearly communicate the technical vision by documenting scope, use cases, workflows, and sequence diagrams.
Lead scrum team activities, including grooming, planning, and prioritization, to ensure development teams have the necessary resources.
Align partners across product, tech, and operations on delivery scope to prepare for global launches.
