About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager for the Cloud Pak for Business Automation product. IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation is a modular set of integrated software components, built for any hybrid cloud, designed to automate work and accelerate business growth. This is a strategic role, driving the strategy and roadmap for the product with a focus on customer requirements, balanced with innovation, including AI and AI Agents, to simplify the cloud pak user experience around install/deployment, day 2 administration, and consistent build experience across capabilities. This individual will influence and help set the strategy and direction for portfolio products included as part of the cloud pak - most of the Business Automation Portfolio.

Requirements

Product management experience or relevant technical/customer facing experience in building business solutions, experience with a proven track record of taking compelling product offerings to market.
Understanding of modern software architectures and technologies such as Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, hyperscaler infrastructure, DevOps.
Senior-level product management experience or equivalent with experience in tools such as, Aha!, Jira, Github, etc.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
Financial Acumen for Commercial Success.
Proven experience in AI/Gen AI, LLM and Agents in the role of product management/development/solution design/etc.
Prior experience in areas of Process Automation/Intelligent Decisions/Content Services/RPA/Process Mining are highly desirable.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in market research, product strategy, UX/UI project experience/exposure is desired.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Product Manager for the product, working with a small team of other PM's to drive the vision, planning, and partnering with the Architecture and Development teams to deliver on the vision and roadmap.
Strategic Leadership: As a senior member of the portfolio technical product management team, you will serve as a leading voice of cross-portfolio strategy, align multiple portfolio stakeholders, deliver valuable outcomes, and realize the intended impacts.
Contribute to theâ¯cross-portfolio strategic roadmap, helping define pathways to a unified platform vision.
Conductâ¯competitive technical analysisâ¯and market comparisons to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Define Success Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future iterations.
Agile Team Facilitation: Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Deliverâ¯memorable, focused, and engaging high-impact demosâ¯that highlight cross-portfolio, singular use cases.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate messaging, and amplify the value of our solutions.
