About The Position

TC Transcontinental is seeking a Technical Product Enablement Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, adoption, and continuous enhancement of their platform ecosystem. This is a new position created to support organizational growth and is offered as a 12-month contract. The company, founded 50 years ago, is a Canadian retail marketing services company, Canada's largest printer, and a leader in French-language educational publishing. Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in one or more of the following: Product Implementation, Technical Onboarding, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Retail Technology, SaaS Platforms, Enterprise Software Delivery.
  • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new retail customers.
  • Configure solutions based on client requirements.
  • Define implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
  • Support production launches and parallel-run activities.
  • Build reusable onboarding frameworks and implementation accelerators.
  • Create standardized onboarding templates and deployment playbooks.
  • Design scalable onboarding methodologies that reduce implementation effort.
  • Develop reusable platform assets that support future customer implementations.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyze retailer workflows and operational processes.
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Data onboarding and integration coordination for product catalogs, pricing files, promotional data, digital assets, vendor content, and consumer data feeds.
