About The Position

This role combines product design, technical development, and factory collaboration to bring high-quality travel products from concept to production. In office - Los Angeles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in luggage, travel goods, backpacks, or bag design.
- Strong knowledge of bag construction, materials, hardware, and manufacturing.
- Experience creating tech packs and managing overseas product development.
- Ability to balance design, functionality, quality, and cost.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop luggage, backpacks, travel bags, and accessories from concept through production.
- Create tech packs, BOMs, specifications, and construction details.
- Partner with overseas factories on samples, costing, and production.
- Recommend materials, trims, hardware, and construction methods.
- Ensure products meet quality, retailer, and performance standards.
