About The Position

Aeroflow Health is a national leader in home medical equipment and clinical services. Through innovative technology, operational excellence, and compassionate care, we help patients access the products and services they need to live healthier lives. We're seeking a Technical Product Delivery Manager to partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Quality, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are delivered with clarity, accountability, and predictable execution. This is not a traditional Product Manager role. Product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature ownership remain with our Digital Product Managers. Instead, this role owns delivery execution—bringing structure to ambiguity, ensuring work is ready before development begins, removing obstacles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives across the finish line. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable holding teams accountable, and thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve. This is a hybrid position based in Asheville, NC. Within Aeroflow, the Technology Product Management team partners closely with Digital Product Managers, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, and Business Units to enable scalable, predictable, and high-quality product delivery across the organization. The Technical Product Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that product initiatives are well-structured, development-ready, measurable, and aligned with Business Unit goals. The team helps translate business priorities into executable delivery plans while maintaining operational visibility, delivery quality, and cross-functional coordination. As a Technical Product Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary delivery owner and business-facing point of contact for digital product initiatives. This role is responsible for how features get built, ensuring that product work is properly prioritized, clearly defined, coordinated across teams, and delivered predictably. This role does not determine feature prioritization or product strategy. Product priorities and business outcomes are owned by the Digital Product Manager aligned to each Business Unit. This role is responsible for ensuring that delivery execution is structured, transparent, development-ready, and aligned to those priorities.
