About The Position

The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements. PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application. PrismHR also provides professional services including system implementation consulting, custom configurations, and training. Lastly, via the Company’s Marketplace platform customers and end users access other human resources and employee benefits applications from PrismHR’s Marketplace Partners.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills using Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off- shore resources.
  • Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Experience in creating technical and end-user documentation with Jira.
  • Solid understanding and experience with the API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications.
  • Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
  • Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off- shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution.
  • Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
  • Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Ability to read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives.
  • Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
