Requirements

Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.
Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent technical/trade experience.
Experience with reliability centered maintenance and engineering.
Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way.

Responsibilities

Perform operational assessment and risk analysis and actively manage risk at third party operated sites.
Owns co-location sites facility operation within a campus, with full accountability for this area tactically and strategically.
Engage stakeholders to ensure they are informed about current work and discuss strategic decisions.
Oversee technical and team leads through the successful completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard.
Support site selection process through operational and technical knowledge.
