About The Position

Terray Therapeutics is seeking a motivated, creative, and experienced Technical Operations Manager/Senior Manager. As an integral member of our Operations team, the candidate will support a variety of workstreams including technical project management, strategic operations, site management, and high impact ad hoc projects. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated a track record of excellence with an ability to deliver in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management and Operational Excellence, or similar experience in a high growth organization.
• Education in chemistry, biology, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction across concurrent projects.
• A great work ethic and impeccable integrity.
• Exhibits sound judgment and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in a startup or ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work well under timelines to provide results.
• Responsive and clear written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Technical project management (50%): Act as the technical facilitator between multiple groups distilling requirements, working with project leads and group managers to ensure they meet project deliverables.
• Strategic Operations (20%): Supporting the company across a variety of operational initiatives, including inventory management, finance modeling, and site improvements.
• Facility Management (15%): Ensure that we are maintaining a world class and safe workplace.
• Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Projects (15%): Continuous improvement projects that contribute to different company objectives.
