Responsibilities

  • Provide support directly to Lawn Doctor Franchisees in the areas of Agronomy, Horticulture and Outdoor Pest Control. Respond to email and phone requests and assist with identification and determination of solutions for issues franchisees may encounter in their market. Make recommendations for programs, services and products to address their concerns or direct them to existing resources that provide answers to their questions.
  • Develop, maintain and update all Lawn Doctor technical programs to ensure franchisees have access to the most up to date recommendations for their area. Current programs should be maintained in the appropriate section of Franconnect for Franchisee access and updated as necessary to always include the most effective products and services in regard to both effectiveness and cost. As necessary, work with vendor partners and industry experts in the development or updating of our programs.
  • Develop and update as necessary training content that is valuable to Lawn Doctor Franchisees and their teams in the areas of agronomy, horticulture and outdoor pest control.
