Planet is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Marketing Manager to bring our Earth Observation (EO) data and technical workflows to life. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing, serving as a core creative technologist for our solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into visually stunning, easily digestible product demos, animations, and video content that resonate with both technical practitioners and executive buyers. On a day-to-day basis, you will get hands-on with Planet’s data, APIs, and platform tools to build authentic workflows, and then use your creative chops to capture and polish those workflows into high-impact marketing assets. You will execute the production of product demonstration videos, technical webinars, and interactive visual content. The ideal candidate is a rare hybrid: an EO practitioner who understands geospatial data, and a technical creative who is highly proficient in video editing, animation, and visual storytelling. You don't just talk about the technology; you build with it and show the world how it works.
