About The Position

The selected candidate will bring several years of progressively increasing responsibility, with a proven ability to track, manage, and achieve departmental performance objectives. This includes clear accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics. The role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to drive overall department performance. The successful candidate will lead through the establishment and sustainment of a disciplined lean management system that delivers consistent and predictable results. Own process capability and variation reductions across all manufacturing operations. They will demonstrate the ability to design and implement robust QA/QC programs and manufacturing process controls to reduce product and process variation, while driving the continuous improvement of process methodologies. Additionally, the candidate will ensure that Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) specifications are clearly defined, maintained, and consistently achieved. They will oversee the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system, ensuring timely, effective resolution of quality issues and the prevention of recurrence through structured problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Ability to oversee the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system.
  • Self-starter.
  • B.S. in Business or Engineering preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • ERPLX/SAP/other equivalent experience.
  • Capable of working extended and off-shift hours on a non-routine basis.
