About The Position

Responsible for leading production support operations, incident response management, root cause analysis, SLA compliance, application monitoring, and operational support for Appian enterprise systems. Oversees support resources and coordinates issue resolution activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 15+ years overall IT experience
  • 5+ years Appian experience
  • 5+ years managing software development/support projects
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Bright, motivated, skilled, a difference-maker, able to get things done, work with minimum direction, enthusiastic, a thinker, able to juggle and multi-task, communicate effectively, and lead

Nice To Haves

  • Appian L3 certification strongly preferred
