Manage the operation of the conformance and operator acceptance testing laboratory; Manage maintenance and operation of LTE and GSM/UMTS test systems. This includes resolution of all failures by working with test system manufacturers, monitoring the certification regime database for change requests related to test systems, installing new system software and equipment firmware versions, and maintaining test system information in a company proprietary database. The role also involves performing Conformance and Operator testing and debugging problems if necessary. The Technical Leader/Manager will act as the point of contact for LTE questions and technical issues related to device testing, provide expert opinion and interpretation for test projects, and approve test reports. This position requires close collaboration with project managers during all test phases, ensuring compliance to ISO 17025, and overseeing Corrective/Preventive Actions. Additionally, the role involves training test technicians, monitoring their performance, preparing and maintaining documentation for test system maintenance and operation, and participating in the improvement of testing processes, testing efficiency, and test reporting.
