Orange Business aims to grow with Data and AI platforms. The Data and AI Platforms division designs, deploys, and operates advanced platforms that transform data into strategic value through artificial intelligence. This dynamic entity fosters technical excellence and agility to meet the complex challenges of our clients on a global scale.

You will play a key role in defining and operating Orange Business' strategic GenAI platforms, with a direct impact on international customer projects. You will work in a high-level technical environment, with access to state-of-the-art cloud and AI technologies. You will benefit from a flexible working environment and a culture that encourages continuous learning, sharing and innovation.

In the medium term, this role can open up opportunities towards technical leadership positions across all Data & AI platforms, lead roles on strategic transformation programs, or enterprise architecture functions around generative AI. You will also be able to increase your visibility within the group by acting as a reference on GenAI topics, both with internal teams and with customers.

This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen your skills in the architecture and operation of GenAI platforms, end-to-end, from build to run. You will develop your expertise in managing complex projects, in technical leadership and in operating large-scale cloud platforms, with strong performance, reliability and security requirements. You will also deepen your knowledge of responsible artificial intelligence and DevOps practices, while evolving in an agile and international environment.

Requirements

• You have between 5 and 10 years of professional experience and hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Expertise in architecture and deployment of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including generative AI.
• Mastery of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Skills in container management and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience in platform security and data management.

• You demonstrate strong rigor, agility and a high capacity to adapt, especially in a SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• You lead the design, deployment, and operation of GenAI platforms, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security.
• You collaborate closely with Data, AI, and infrastructure teams to integrate the best technologies and practices.
• You oversee technical developments and guide engineering teams in project execution.
• You maintain continuous technological watch to anticipate evolutions and address the challenges of responsible tech.
• You contribute to defining the technical strategy and roadmap for GenAI platforms.
